Puno to Arequipa

well sorry it's been so long in up dating the blog but had trouble having Internet with our computer so I'm playing catch up. After leaving Puno and deciding to head back to the coast and going to Arequipa. it was good riding and after about 2 hours found ourselves at a high alpine lake which was screaming out for a brew and a break.....

Then just after the brew go around a corner and there where a bunch of Pink Flamingos much to Caths delight....

Also would you believe a local market selling their goods. Now one thing about traveling with a bike is you just can't put anything more on it...... thank goodness......unless your Cath and and now we have a small rug under our seat.mmmm
The other strange thing about this is that all this takes place at just over 13000 ft. What do these people do
