As we left we knew that today we where going to start the splitting up of the4 of us. The 1st to go was Fernando who was returning to his home town Bogota. It had been a real treat to have him as he arrange the sail boat in desperation to get going and you couldn't ask for a better host in his own country. he represented what we all agreed was the common thread in the Colombians and thats thay there are so very proud and take pride in their own country.... and they have every right to do so. We all would like to return to this fantastic country.
The 4 misfits, amazing that we where all thrown together at Panama andyet by the end of the short journey we are all very good mates. Keith from UK, Ron fron Texas, Fernando and of course myself......
